If you did not receive a remittance on the 15th or 31st of the month (our standard payment run dates), there may be a valid reason. Below are the most common scenarios that could explain why a payout was not issued:
Makro Marketplace processes payouts twice a month β on the 15th and the 31st. If you had no successfully delivered orders within the relevant payment period, no remittance will be generated.
Payment Run | Delivered Orders Included |
---|---|
15th of the month | Orders delivered between 16thβ31st of the previous month |
31st of the month | Orders delivered between 1stβ15th of the current month |
If the value of returned items is greater than your delivered sales for a payment period, your account may reflect a negative balance, and no payout will be made.
