A Daily Sales Report will be available in the Reports section of the portal from 21 March. This report provides a structured view of your sales transactions, allowing you to track your daily revenue.

What You Need to Know

Sales Data Starts from 18 March
The report will start accumulating sales data from 18 March, meaning no historical data before this date will be available. Data from 01 March will be backfilled from end of March ensuring you have a full tax year of data going forward.

View Sales Over a 30-Day Period
You can filter and view your sales transactions for any 30-day date range, with the earliest start date being 18 March. The date filter is based on the delivery or return date, ensuring accurate tracking of fulfilled and refunded orders.
What This Report Includes
The Daily Sales Report provides a detailed, line-by-line breakdown of your sales transactions, including:
- Sales Transactions – A full list of your individual sales and return transactions.
- Delivered and Returned Orders – Orders that have been successfully delivered, as well as those that have been returned.
- Breakdown of Transaction Costs – This includes:
- Sales value (both excluding and including VAT).
- Transport fees (both excluding and including VAT).
- Commission fees (both excluding and including VAT).
- Payment Run Dates – The dates on which your transactions were included in a payment run.
- Delivery and Return Dates – The dates when your orders were delivered or returned.
What This Report Does Not Include
This report focuses only on sales transactions and does not include:
- Any fees or claims that are not part of sales transactions, such as:
- Monthly platform fees.
- Manual reversals or adjustments.
- Other non-sales-related transactions applied to your account.
Because of this, the total sales amount in this report may not match your disbursement amount if additional charges or adjustments have been applied.
Key Fields Explained
- Payment Date – The date when the transaction was included in a payment run.
- Channel – The type of customer:
- B2C – A regular customer sale.
- B2B – A sale from the business-to-business (B2B) sales channel.
- Order Type – Defines whether the transaction is a sale or a return:
- Forward – A sale where an order was delivered.
- Return – An order which was returned.
- Delivery/Return Date – The date when the order was delivered or returned.
