A transport fee is applied to each unit sold on Makro Marketplace.
This fee is charged on a per unit basis (not per order) and is applied for each unit successful delivery to a customer, as well as for each return unit processed.
In other words, a delivery fee is applied when a unit is delivered, and a separate return fee is applied if that same unit is returned.
The fee structure is calculated based on two key factors: the cubic dimensions and the physical weight of your products. This means the fees will vary depending on the size and weight of the items being shipped, with larger and heavier products incurring higher fees.
