How do refunds affect payment?

The refund will be applied to your account in line with the payment cycles (see Payment Cycles) and the date upon which the refund is approved.

If the payment has already been made, or your account does not have enough funds to process the refund, a deduction will be made from your account in the next payment run. Please see an example of the remittance breakdown below.
