What Are the Payment Cycles on Makro Marketplace?

Makro Marketplace pays sellers twice a month. The payment run your order falls into is determined by the date the order was delivered to the customer.

The delivery date determines your payment run

Payments are based on the date the customer received the order, not the date on which the order was originally placed.

Payment Runs

15th of the Month

Includes: Orders delivered between the 16th and the end of the previous month.

End-of-Month Payment Run

Includes: Orders delivered between the 1st and the 15th of the current month.

Payment Examples

Order received on 12 March and delivered on 18 March:
The order will be included in the 15 April payment run because the delivery date falls between 16 and 31 March.

Order delivered on 20 March:
The order will be included in the 15 April payment run.

Order delivered on 10 April:
The order will be included in the end-of-April payment run.

Important to Note

Weekends and public holidays: If the 15th or the end of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment run will take place on the next business day.

Order date: The date the order was placed does not determine the payment run. Only the delivery date is used.

Remember

Check the delivery date when determining which payment run an order should be included in.
