How to Publish Your Listings
Learn which conditions your listing must meet before it can be published and made available for purchase on Makro Marketplace.
Creating a listing does not automatically mean that it will be published and available for customers to purchase.
The conditions required for publication depend on whether the listing is fulfilled by the seller or fulfilled by Makro.
Fulfilled by Seller
For a Fulfilled by Seller listing to be published, the following conditions must be met:
Listing Information
The listing must be in Active status.
FBS must be selected as the fulfilment method.
Inventory
The listing ct must have a positive inventory value.
Catalogue
There must be no Product Edit Requests in progress.
Once all these conditions have been met, the list will be published on the Makro website.
Fulfilled by Makro
For a Fulfilled by Makro listing to be published, the following conditions must be met:
Listing Information
The listing must be in Active status.
FBM must be selected as the fulfilment method.
Fulfilment Centre Inventory
Stock must have been received and scanned into inventory at the Makro Fulfilment Centre.
Once the listing is active, FBM is selected and stock has been scanned into the Fulfilment Centre, the listing will be published on the Makro website.
What to Check if Your Listing Is Not Buyable
If your listing is not buyable on the Makro website, recheck all the relevant conditions above.
Confirm that the listing is active.
Confirm that the correct fulfilment method is selected.
Check that the listing has available inventory.
For FBM listings, confirm that the stock has been scanned into the Fulfilment Centre.
For FBS listing, confirm that there are no Product Edit Requests in progress.
If all the relevant conditions have been met and your listing is still not being displayed as the main offer, another seller may currently have the best offer for the customer.
