The Reports section in the Seller Portal gives sellers access to important information about their orders, payments, fulfilment activity and returns. These reports are designed to help you review performance, track operational activity and better understand the financial detail behind your orders.
You can access these reports from the Reports section at the top of your Seller Portal.

Each report serves a different purpose and uses a different date reference, so it is important to understand which report to use depending on what you are trying to review.
The Daily Net Sales Report provides a detailed line-by-line breakdown of orders, revenue and order-related expenses. This report is useful when you need to understand the financial detail behind delivered orders.
The report includes order-level information such as sales values, fees and other order-related financial details. It is designed to help sellers reconcile order activity and get a clearer view of expected payouts.
The date range selector on the Daily Net Sales Report uses the delivery date.
This means the report pulls orders based on the date the customer received the order, not the date the order was placed.
You can pull a date range of up to 31 days, which allows you to pull a full month at a time.
The report can look back up to 90 days.
Use the Daily Net Sales Report when you need a detailed financial view of your orders.
This report is especially useful for:

The Daily Net Sales Report only includes order-related information.
It does not include platform fees, claims, manual adjustments or any other ad hoc payments or expenses. These items may still affect your final payment amount, so the report should be used as a guide for order-related financial activity only.
The Fulfilment Report provides detailed fulfilment information for orders. It helps sellers track the operational movement of orders and understand when key fulfilment events took place.
