Understanding the Reports Available in the Seller Portal

The Reports section in the Seller Portal gives sellers access to important information about their orders, payments, fulfilment activity and returns. These reports are designed to help you review performance, track operational activity and better understand the financial detail behind your orders.

You can access these reports from the Reports section at the top of your Seller Portal.

Update:The Daily Net Sales & Fulfiment Reports now include whether each report was FBM vs FBS allowing you to understand sales/expensesper fulfilment type.

Available Reports

The Seller Portal currently gives sellers access to the following reports:

  1. Daily Net Sales Report
  2. Fulfilment Report
  3. Returns Fulfilment Report

Each report serves a different purpose and uses a different date reference, so it is important to understand which report to use depending on what you are trying to review.

1. Daily Net Sales Report

The Daily Net Sales Report provides a detailed line-by-line breakdown of orders, revenue and order-related expenses. This report is useful when you need to understand the financial detail behind delivered orders.

The report includes order-level information such as sales values, fees and other order-related financial details. It is designed to help sellers reconcile order activity and get a clearer view of expected payouts.

Important date logic

The date range selector on the Daily Net Sales Report uses the delivery date.

This means the report pulls orders based on the date the customer received the order, not the date the order was placed.

Date range available

You can pull a date range of up to 31 days, which allows you to pull a full month at a time.

The report can look back up to 90 days.

Best use of this report

Use the Daily Net Sales Report when you need a detailed financial view of your orders.

This report is especially useful for:

  • Reviewing detailed order-level financial information
  • Checking revenue and order-related expenses
  • Getting a preview of expected payments by selecting the relevant payment period
  • Reviewing orders delivered within a specific date range

For example, if you want to estimate what may be included in an end-of-month payment run, you can select the relevant delivery date range, such as 1–15 of the month.

Important note

The Daily Net Sales Report only includes order-related information.

It does not include platform fees, claims, manual adjustments or any other ad hoc payments or expenses. These items may still affect your final payment amount, so the report should be used as a guide for order-related financial activity only.

2. Fulfilment Report

The Fulfilment Report provides detailed fulfilment information for orders. It helps sellers track the operational movement of orders and understand when key fulfilment events took place.

This report includes both:

  • FBS orders — Fulfilled by Seller
  • FBM orders — Fulfilled by Makro

The report shows timestamps across the order fulfilment process, helping you track when different events occurred.

What this report helps with

The Fulfilment Report can be used to review:

  • Fulfilled orders
  • Fulfilment method, such as FBS or FBM
  • Order fulfilment timestamps
  • Stock movement detail
  • Cancellation timestamps
  • Cancellation reasons
  • Key operational events linked to the order journey

This makes the report useful for understanding how orders moved through the fulfilment process and when specific fulfilment actions took place.

Important date logic

The date range selector on the Fulfilment Report uses the order date.

This means the report pulls orders based on the date the order was placed.

Date range available

You can pull a date range of up to 90 days.

The report can look back as far as 18 months.

Best use of this report

Use the Fulfilment Report when you need to review operational order activity.

This report is especially useful for:

  • Tracking fulfilment progress
  • Reviewing FBS and FBM order movement
  • Checking when fulfilment events occurred
  • Investigating cancelled orders
  • Reviewing cancellation reasons
  • Understanding order-level stock movement

3. Returns Fulfilment Report

The Returns Fulfilment Report provides detailed information about returned orders. It is similar to the Fulfilment Report, but focuses specifically on the returns process.

This report helps sellers understand when return-related events occurred and why items were returned.
