Best Practices for Capturing Your Pickup Location Address
Accurately capturing your pickup location address is critical to ensure smooth order fulfilment and avoid delays with courier collections.
You can access your pickup location settings under: Manage Profile > Account (bottom left of the page)
Pickup location addresses are captured as a text field.
The address and geocoordinates shared with couriers are based exactly on what you input.
Important considerations:
Ensure each field is used correctly when capturing your pickup location address.
Address Name Used for your internal reference only. Information captured here is not shared with the courier.
Street Address Must include the full address details, including:
Postal Code Must accurately reflect the suburb or area of your pickup location.
Primary Contact Details Ensure the correct contact person and cell phone number are captured, as couriers may need to make contact to confirm collections.
Pickup locations cannot be edited once created.
If a location has been captured incorrectly:
After creating a new location, you must update your inventory for that location in the Inventory section of the portal.
Your business address is separate from your pickup location address.
Ensure that your pickup location address is correctly configured, as this is the address used for courier collections.
