What is a Whitelisted URL?
When creating or updating products using loadsheets, you’ll need to include image URLs so that your product images display correctly on Makro Marketplace.
For security and quality reasons, only specific, approved (whitelisted) domains are allowed for product images. These ensure that all images come from trusted and reliable sources.
If your image link is not from a whitelisted URL, the upload may fail, and your product will not display an image on the site.
Approved Whitelisted Domains
You can safely use image URLs from any of the following domains when uploading via loadsheets:
Important: If you are using file storage services such as Google Drive or Dropbox, make sure the image link is publicly accessible (i.e. anyone with the link can view it). If the file’s sharing settings are private or restricted, the image will not load correctly on your product listing.
Tip: Before submitting your loadsheet, test your image URL by pasting it into your browser — if it opens the image directly without asking for access, it’s ready to use.
