• Used software where the license has already been activated or cannot be transferred according to the publisher's licensing terms.

Only the following physical retail products are eligible for listing:

13. TV Boxes

1. Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) approval
   

   Provide one of the following:

   • ICASA Type Approval Certificate; or
   • ICASA Type Approval Number that can be verified.

   The approval must correspond to the exact model being sold.
   

   The ICASA label must appear on both the product and its packaging.

2. National Regulator for Compulsory Specifications (NRCS) certification
3. Letter of Authorization (LOA)
4. NRCS compliance mark present on the product.
5. Google or Android licensing (Play Protect certification). Evidence the device shows "Device is certified" under Play Protect.
6. Confirmation that the brand appears on Google's official Play Protect partner list.
