To create a consignment navigate to Inventory>Consignment in the seller portal. Watch the How to videos

Consignment Statuses

Status Explanation
Draft Consignment is not yet completed and remains in draft state.
Waybill Processing Queued Consignment has been submitted and is waiting for waybill allocation.
Confirmed Waybill has been allocated to the courier, scheduled to collect from the seller’s FBM pickup location.
Dispatched / Pick Up Consignment has been collected by the courier and is en route to the Makro Fulfilment Centre (FC).
Received at Warehouse Consignment has arrived at the FC warehouse for receiving. Note: Check the inwarding status to see if there are any inbound exceptions.
Completed Consignment has been scanned into stock at the warehouse, or inbound exceptions have been logged.
Return to Origin (RTO) There was an issue with the consignment, and it has been returned to the seller’s location.
