Introduction
We are excited to announce that we are launching a new customer website (B2C) on 4 March 2025. This transition brings several important changes that sellers should be aware of to ensure a smooth experience when managing listings and processing orders.
While the new customer website (B2C) will enhance the shopping experience for general customers, the business-to-business (B2B) platform will remain unchanged for now. This means that two separate systems will be in place:
Additionally, the new B2C website is being rolled out slowly in phases, meaning that some customers will still place orders through the existing website. As a result, sellers may continue to receive "MAK" orders from the old platform until the transition is fully complete.
As part of the transition, sellers should be aware of some key differences between the old and new customer websites.
We recommend that sellers familiarize themselves with these changes and adjust their operations accordingly to ensure a seamless experience.
