To list TV or liquor products on Makro Marketplace, you need to apply for approval to sell in these specific verticals. This ensures compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements. The process for both categories is the same. Here's how to apply for approval:
Go to the Add a Single Listing Section:
Navigate to the Add a Single Listing page in your Seller Portal.
Select the Appropriate Vertical:
Use the dropdown to select the vertical for either TV or Liquor, depending on which category you are applying for.
Click "Apply for Approval":
Once you've selected the appropriate vertical, click on "Apply for Approval".
Enter Your License Information:
Input your license number and the expiry date of your license. Ensure that the information you provide is accurate.
Submit the Application:
After filling out the details, click "Apply" to submit your application for approval.
Verification Process:
A support agent will contact you to request a license document for verification. Once your license is successfully verified, your application will be approved, and you will be allowed to list either TV or Liquor products.
To monitor the status of your approval application, follow these steps:
Navigate to Track Approval Requests:
Go to Listings > Track Approval Requests in your Seller Portal.
Check the Status:
The status of your application will be shown here. Once approved, the status will change to "Approved", and you will be able to list your products in the selected vertical.
