If you're unable to view your orders or are receiving multiple order notification emails with no orders visible in the portal, don't worry – this is a known issue that we are currently addressing. Here’s a guide to help you understand what might be happening and how to resolve it.


Order Notification Emails

We’ve been experiencing some issues with the order notification emails. If you’re receiving multiple emails in a day, please note that this does not necessarily mean you have multiple orders. These emails are designed as reminder notifications triggered if you have received an order in the last 24 hours.

Important:

  • If you receive an email but cannot see any orders in the portal, it is likely due to an email trigger issue.
  • Remember, the portal is the source of truth, meaning that the actual order details can only be accurately viewed in the portal.

Orders Visible on the Dashboard But Not on the Orders Page

If you are seeing new orders on the dashboard but cannot find them on the Orders Page, here are a few troubleshooting steps to try:

  1. Check All Locations:
    Orders are location-specific. Make sure you’ve checked all locations on the orders page. Use the dropdown on the top right of the page to toggle between different locations and see if the orders appear under a different location.

  2. Refresh the Page:
    If you’ve already checked all locations and refreshed the page a few times, but still cannot see your orders, it could be an issue with the feed coming through.

  3. Check your vacation settings: If your vacation settings are active, you will not see orders in your portal until the first business day after the end of the vacation date period.

  4. Log a Query with Seller Support:
    If the orders are still not showing up after checking the locations and refreshing, please log a query with Seller Support. We will notify the developers, and in most cases, this issue is quickly resolved.
