Why are my products not live?


If your listings are not live on the platform, follow these steps to identify and resolve the issue:


1. Check Stock Levels

  • Navigate to Inventory.
  • Review all listed items and their current stock levels.
  • Ensure that the stock on hand is greater than zero. Listings with zero stock will not go live.

2. Verify Listing Status

  • Go to Listings > My Listings.
  • In the "My Listings" section, you will see four tabs:
    • Active Listings
    • Ready for Activation
    • Blocked Listings
    • Inactive Listings
  • Ensure that the listing you are checking is under the Active Listings tab. If it is not, review the reason provided in the respective tab.

3. Check for Catalogue Errors

  • Navigate to Listings > My Listings.
  • Locate the listing in question and click the three dots next to Edit Listing.
  • Select Edit Catalogue.
  • In the catalogue window, check for any QC errors (Quality Control errors).
    • If errors are present, correct them and resubmit the product for QC approval.

4. Check If Another Seller Has Won the Buybox

  • Search for the product using its FSN ID or Product Name on the homepage.
  • Verify if another seller is offering the same product at a lower price.
    • The Buybox prioritizes the lowest-priced option, and only that listing will go live.
