The Pick Pack SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a critical component of your operations as a seller on our platform. It determines how long you need to prepare an order for collection, directly influencing the customer’s delivery experience and your sales potential.
What is Pick Pack SLA?
The Pick Pack SLA represents the number of working days you require to pick, pack, and prepare an order for courier collection. However, it’s important to note that this timeframe doesn’t include the entire delivery process.
Here’s how the customer delivery promise is calculated:
Pick Pack SLA: The time you set (e.g., 2 working days).
Additional Courier Time: We add 3 working days for delivery.
Total Delivery Promise: The combined time is converted to calendar days, accounting for weekends.
For example: A 2-working-day Pick Pack SLA becomes a 5-working-day delivery promise, which translates to 7 calendar days.
We communicate this delivery promise to customers, ensuring transparency.
Why Your Pick Pack SLA Matters
Faster Delivery = More Sales: Customers prefer shorter delivery times, and a lower Pick Pack SLA can enhance your conversion rate.
Improved Visibility: Products with faster delivery promises are more attractive to customers and may appear more prominently in search results.
If your Pick Pack SLA exceeds 2 working days, it may negatively impact your sales. To optimize your performance, we recommend reducing your Pick Pack SLA to 1 or 2 working days, provided this is operationally feasible for you.
