Our system is integrated with Home Affairs, meaning that in most cases, you won’t need to upload documents if your information is successfully verified during registration. However, if verification fails, you will be prompted to upload the necessary documents for manual verification.

Required Documents and Information

If manual verification is needed, you’ll need to provide the following:

1. Business Information:

   • Your company registration number.
   • VAT number (if applicable).
   • Physical business address.

2. Banking Information:

   • Your business bank account details.
   • A proof of account document (not older than 3 months).

3. Tax Information:

   • A valid SARS tax clearance certificate.

4. Personal Identification:

   • A certified copy of your ID document or passport.

5. Contact Information:

   • A valid email address and phone number.
