How to cancel orders


To cancel an order on the Seller Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Seller Portal.
  2. Navigate to Orders and select Active Orders.
  3. Choose the order(s) you want to cancel and click Cancel Orders.
  4. Select a reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu ("No Inventory","Cannot Procure Item")
  5. Click Confirm to finalize the cancellation.

Important Notes:

  • You can only cancel an order before generating the waybill.
  • If you have already generated the waybill, you will need to contact us at Marketplace.outbound@Massmart.co.za to request a cancellation.
