To cancel an order on the Seller Portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Seller Portal.
- Navigate to Orders and select Active Orders.
- Choose the order(s) you want to cancel and click Cancel Orders.
- Select a reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu ("No Inventory","Cannot Procure Item")
- Click Confirm to finalize the cancellation.
Important Notes:
- You can only cancel an order before generating the waybill.
- If you have already generated the waybill, you will need to contact us at Marketplace.outbound@Massmart.co.za to request a cancellation.
