How to close an Account

If you wish to stop selling your products on Makro you may either

1. Mark all your products Inactive and Zero the stock values.
2. Reach out to us on sellers@makro.co.za informing us you would like to close your account.

Once your account has been closed, your listings will move to "blocked" state and will not be visible to customers.

You will not be charged the monthly platform fee from the following month (which is charged on the 1st of every month).
