How to Close Your Account

If you no longer wish to sell on Makro Marketplace, you have two options:

1. Deactivate your listings and set stock to 0 Mark all your products as Inactive and update the stock quantity to 0.
2. Request account closure Email sellers@makro.co.za and let us know that you would like to close your seller account.

Once your account has been closed, all listings will move to a Blocked status and will no longer be visible to customers.

Platform fee billing: The monthly platform fee will no longer be charged from the following month. Please note that this fee is billed on the 1st day of each month.
