How to add/remove locations for order collection


Follow these steps to manage your collection address for orders:

  1. Log in to your Seller Portal.
  2. Navigate to Manage Profile and select Account.
  3. Click ADD NEW ADDRESS under Pick Up Address.
  4. Input your address details accurately. NB! - See link to best practices to avoid operational issues
  5. To activate the location, set Location Enabled to Yes.
  • If you do not want to activate it immediately, set Location Enabled to No.

Once created, you can toggle a location on or off using the switch button.

Example of a good pickup location:

  • Address Name does not include the street address details

  • Street Address includes the Complext Name, Street number and Street Address

  • There are no typo's

  • The Suburb, Province and Postal Code's are accurate

Important Notes:

  • If you have multiple active addresses, orders will be allocated to a location based on the customer’s delivery address.
  • Once an order is assigned to a location, it cannot be moved to a different location.
  • If you deactivate a location with open orders, those orders will no longer be visible in the system, and they will not automatically transfer to another active location.
