To update your bank details on the Seller Portal, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Seller Portal.
- Navigate to Manage Profile and select Bank Details.
- Click Edit next to Bank Account Information.
- Input your updated bank details in the provided fields.
- Upload a proof of account letter (no older than 3 months).
- Click Submit to send your update request for verification.
Important Notes:
- The request will be verified by Makro within 2 business days.
- Requests may be rejected if:
- The proof of account letter is older than 3 months.
- The details on the letter do not match the information entered.
- An incorrect document is uploaded.
If your request is rejected, review the requirements and resubmit your details with the correct document.
