How to change your bank details


To update your bank details on the Seller Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Seller Portal.
  2. Navigate to Manage Profile and select Bank Details.
  3. Click Edit next to Bank Account Information.
  4. Input your updated bank details in the provided fields.
  5. Upload a proof of account letter (no older than 3 months).
  6. Click Submit to send your update request for verification.

Important Notes:

  • The request will be verified by Makro within 2 business days.
  • Requests may be rejected if:
    • The proof of account letter is older than 3 months.
    • The details on the letter do not match the information entered.
    • An incorrect document is uploaded.

If your request is rejected, review the requirements and resubmit your details with the correct document.
